Cancellation and Refund Policy
The terms hereof shall constitute Key Start (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Solutions rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
Cancellation and Refunds by the Company
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account.

Our refund policy is as follows:
Once you purchase and make the required or partial payment, there will not be any changes or modifications to the same, nor will there be any refund.
Key Start reserves the right to postpone/cancel the course, change the structure of the course or change the list of speakers.If Key Start cancels the entire course, we'll refund 100% of the course fees to the Subscriber.
Once the program begins, we will initiate no refund if the course timeline is extended.
We will issue no refund if the course commencement date is changed.
No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend the course.
There will be no refunds if the structure/content of the course is altered.
The Key Start reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
The course is non-transferable.
The course cannot be transferred to others in case you are unable to take the course under any circumstances.
The provider reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice.
